Our Aegis Home Based Primary Care providers bring the physicians to you!

We bring home care services to patients who are considered home bound due to chronic or temporary conditions, making them unable to seek medical care outside their homes.

Traveling to appointments can be very difficult for patients with chronic conditions or limited mobility. As we can’t let our patients miss these important doctor visits or checkup appointments, Aegis provides these services to wherever the patient calls home. This includes Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, Group Home, or the patient’s own home.
